Our leadership team brings experience in education, diversity, and inclusion, animal rights and welfare, and community organizing. Together, we share a common goal: to ensure individuals navigating discrimination, civil rights concerns, or institutional challenges have access to information, support and accountable processes.

We are guided by integrity and service, not politics. We serve all members of our community equally and are dedicated to building trust, bridging gaps and responding with care during times of crisis. Our board members volunteer their time because they believe accountability strengthen communities.
